Over 1,200 individuals sought help from The Kelly Foundation last year (until November 2025), including 420 crisis walk-ins

To give an idea of the scale of Service User numbers:

At the end of November 2025, we were supporting 128 Service Users (including cafe), with 43 on our waiting list (everyone contacted).

At the end of June 2025, we were supporting 95 Service Users, with 37 on our waiting list (29 contacted and 8 not engaged yet).

At the end of April 2025, we were supporting 86 Service Users with 27 contacted but on our waiting list.

At the beginning of November 2024, we were supporting 77 Service Users (including cafe Service Users) with 33 on the waiting list; all of whom have been contacted for an assessment.

At the beginning of September, we were supporting 40 Service Users with 21 on the waiting list. The cafe supported 2 part-time staff, 5 volunteers and 11 Service Users.
