How do you measure and define success? What quantitative and qualitative data will you use to show how successful the project has been for your reporting?
Success using the WEMWBS scales is recording mental health with a RED/AMBER/GREEN coding. At the beginning of the project, we anticipate participants scores will fall within RED/AMBER and following mental health support engagement over a period of 6 months record scores as GREEN. Any falling still within RED/AMBER categories will be offered additional support outside of this project.
